After you have purchased our products, we will look after you for four weeks free of charge. Simply register on our website or use the form on the license portal. After four weeks the support will be charged. You can choose between a support ticket or a support contract. 


Support ticket:

A support ticket is valid for two weeks. We recommend this option if you only want to access our service selectively or if you need temporary support.  


Support contracts:

With a support contract you benefit fully from our services. Our premium support contract includes not only basic hardware and software coverage, but also free updates, free repair of defective hardware or free remote services.
